DESCRIPTION:Lane County Public Health is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic in partnership with the Arc of Lane County on Saturday\, September 11th from 1:00-3:00 pm at Siuslaw Middle School. \r \n \r \n Location: Siuslaw Middle School: Drive-through clinic \r \n \r \n 2525 Oak Street\, Florence\r \n \r \n Vaccine: Pfizer and J&amp\;J\r \n \r \n Walk-ins are welcome at all Lane County Public Health Clinics. You do not need insurance and there is no charge of any kind for the clinic.  We will not ask about ID or immigration status. The COVID-19 vaccine is free regardless of immigration or insurance status. If you have any questions regarding COVID-19\, please contact Lane County Public Health Call Center 541-682-1380.
