DESCRIPTION:Lane County Public Health is hosting a COVID- 19 vaccine clinic in partnership with the Bethel School District at Cascade Middle School on Thursday\, November 4th from 4:00-6:00 pm.   \r \n \r \n Location: Cascade Middle School \r \n \r \n 1525 Echo Hollow Rd.\, Eugene\r \n \r \n Vaccine: \r \n \r \n  	 Booster dose Pfizer\r \n  	1st\, 2nd dose Pfizer\r \n  	Johnson &amp\; Johnson\r \n \r \n **Vaccines available for folks 12 year old and up. \r \n \r \n Walk-ins are welcome at all Lane County Public Health Clinics. You do not need insurance and there is no charge of any kind for the clinic.  We will not ask about ID or immigration status. The COVID-19 vaccine is free regardless of immigration or insurance status. If you have any questions regarding COVID-19\, please contact Lane County Public Health Call Center 541-682-1380.
