DESCRIPTION:Lane County Public Health\, in partnership with South Lane School District is hosting a COVID- 19 vaccine clinic at Harrison Elementary on Saturday\, November 6th from 3:00 - 6:00 pm. \r \n \r \n Location: Harrison Elementary\r \n \r \n 1000 Taylor Ave\, Cottage Grove 97424\r \n \r \n Vaccine: \r \n \r \n  	Booster dose Pfizer and Moderna \r \n  	1st\, 2nd dose Pfizer and Moderna\r \n  	Johnson and Johnson \r \n \r \n **Vaccines available for folks 12 years and older.\r \n \r \n Walk-ins are welcome at all Lane County Public Health Clinics. You do not need insurance and there is no charge of any kind for the clinic.  We will not ask about ID or immigration status. The COVID-19 vaccine is free regardless of immigration or insurance status. If you have any questions regarding COVID-19\, please contact Lane County Public Health Call Center 541-682-1380.
