Lane Community Health Council’s Fall 2025 Community Grant process is now open and will close Friday, October 10*! Please read the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document prior to applying, and keep checking back on this page for the most up to date FAQ document.
