Lane County Public Health, in partnership with St. Mark CME Church is hosting a vaccine clinic on Thursday, December 16th from 1:00-4:00

All clinics are for scheduled appointments only. For assistance scheduling, please call 541-682-1380. There are not walk-in appointments at this time.

Location: St. Mark CME Church

1167 Sam Reynolds St, Eugene

Vaccine:

  • 1st and 2nd doses of Pfizer and Moderna
  • Booster doses of Pfizer and Moderna
  • Johnson and Johnson

Clinics will open for scheduling the Friday before each week.
