Community Vaccine Event – Siuslaw Middle School

Lane County Public Health, in partnership with Arc of Lane County is hosting a COVID- 19 vaccine clinic Saturday, October 30th from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.

• Booster dose Pfizer
• 1st, 2nd dose Pfizer
• Johnson & Johnson

Walk-ins are welcome at all Lane County Public Health Clinics. You do not need insurance and there is no charge of any kind for the clinic. We will not ask about ID or immigration status. Las personas sin cita previa serán atendidas en todas las Clínicas de Salud Pública del Condado de Lane. No necesita seguro médico y no hay costo alguno por la clínica.
