The Whiteaker Community Council, in partnership with White Bird is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Sunday, December 12th from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.
Location: 1509 W 1st Ave (across street from Eugene Mission)
Vaccines:
- Pfizer 1st and 2nd doses. Pediatric and adult vaccines available.
- Moderna 1st and 2nd doses
- Pfizer and Moderna Boosters
- Johnson & Johnson

Wellness Clinics offer a welcoming environment for vaccine recipients with free OHA food boxes, free warm food, and gift cards.
HIV Alliance will be offering free COVID-19 testing.
